John has earned the GRI designation which indicates the completion of a nationally accredited professional development program. Course topics include principles of real estate law, financing, listing techniques, sales and marketing, communications, and real estate investment. This program primarily emphasizes the marketing of single family homes but has much practical information dealing with the selling and buying of real estate in general.
